The Ultimate Correction Detail applied to this car was one of the longest and most testing to date. Initially, the car was booked in for two days to remove minor defects in the paintwork caused by poor refinishing of the paint after a re-spray.

After the car was washed and cleaned it was moved inside and it immediately became clear that much longer was going to be needed on the paintwork than the two days originally quoted for. A quick phone call later and it was confirmed that the car was able to stay with us for a bit longer. The paintwork needed a 3 stage polish to fully remove the deep sanding marks caused from the poor refinishing. Stage 1 was completed with 3M Fast Cut Plus, stage 2 with 3M Extra Fine Compound and stage 3 with 3M Ultrafina SE.

As you can see from the pictures, the level of gloss and depth of the paintwork is high on the solid brown colour. Zaino Z2 was used as the finishing sealant to secure the freshly polished finish.
