Being based in the heart of Cheshire, we’re often asked to detail such cars as this one, a brand new Range Rover Sport. The customer was unhappy with previously applied dealership protection treatments and wanted the delivery of his new car to be extra special. More-BHP are one of a handful of companies in the UK who can actually defeat the “tuner protection” which is fitted to new cars such as this one. “Tuner protection” is installed on the latest ECU’s from roughly October 2008 in an attempt to actually stop people remapping the cars. As well as a New Car Protection the Range Rover also benefitted from an extra 50BHP and 65NM of torque.
